Latest News

From the start of the 2019/20 season The FA have stated that the use of Temporary Dismissals (Sin Bins) will be used across all leagues that operate at Step 5 of the National Football League System and below, this includes all Saturday, Sunday, Veterans, Women’s, Youth Leagues and County Cups. This includes this League.

Training for all Clubs, Leagues and Referees will be delivered across Cornwall over the next few months by Cornwall FA and the following dates have already been booked.

Monday 29th April 2019 - Cornwall FA HQ - 7-9pm

Monday 13th May 2019 - Callington Town FC - 7-9pm

Thursday 16th May 2019 - Helston Athletic FC 7-9pm

Wednesday 22nd May 2019 - Cornwall FA HQ - 7-9pm

There will also be Webex (video conference) training run by The FA and as soon as those dates are released they will be added here.

In cornwall we have two Leagues who have successfully operated on the pilot scheme since 2017 and any queries and issues arose from referees and clubs who did not attend the training delivered by Cornwall FA.

It is therefore imperative as many referees and clubs attend this training.

The St.Piran league Committee are keen to ensure that the introduction of this change goes as smoothly as possible and consider it essential that all potential member clubs receive the training. We therefore strongly encourage all clubs to have a maximum representation at one or more of the training sessions.

Clubs are to email Richard Pallot at the CCFA (richard.pallot@cornwallfa.com) stating their name, which club they are representing and which session they will be attending.
